GSG 01-21 Unionlink Course – Zoom the Basics

The CWU is pleased to introduce our new course on Zoom the Basics which is available on Unionlink our online learning platform.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are aware that it is not possible for you to hold AGMs as normal. In that regard virtual meetings will need to be facilitated by Branches and our recommendation is to hold these via Zoom.
We recognise that there may be some in your Branch that will not be familiar with Zoom and accordingly we have developed an online training programme which should be of assistance.
The course can be found in the IT section of Unionlink on www.unionlink.org
Those who do not have an account will need to set one up using the instructions attached. Anyone with difficulties accessing the course can contact Carol by email carol@cwu.ie
Branch Secretaries who need assistance or advice on the running of their AGM should contact one of the National Officers.
