Description
The Presidential Election will take place on Friday, 24th October 2025 and the following are the arrangements for same.
– Delivery payments will be in line with the most recent General Election i.e. each candidate and polling cards will be paid at a rate of .18c per household for unique addresses and .21c per household for non-unique addresses. Each candidate must be delivered separately, and polling cards must be delivered no later than the 21st October.
– Local arrangements will be put in place for the division of election material, however, in the first instance, any spare staff capacity within the office should be used for this work.
– The number of residential addresses on each route is based on the CAD figure, as the publicity post figure often discounts “no junk mail” households.
There is a schedule arrival and delivery plan attached to this circular, however please note the schedule could be impacted by the printers not reaching deadlines.
