Description

Following confirmation by the Group of Unions of acceptance of the company pay proposal, An Post has confirmed the payroll arrangements to give effect to the agreed pay increases.

General Pay Increase

Phase 1 increase of 2.5%, effective from the 1st January 2022, will be paid on the 13th May 2022.

This will include payment of the retrospection to 1st January 2022.

Performance Pay-Managers

Market movement salary increase of 2.5% for managers encompassed by PMD and will also be paid on the 13thMay 2022, inclusive of retrospection to 1st January 2022.

Personal Pay progression and arrears will be paid on the 27thMay 2022.

Personal Bonus payments will be made on the 29thApril 2022.

As per the pension accord agreement, a pensionable increase of 2% to apply to all employees and pensioners, effective from the 1st January 2022, is awaiting Ministerial approval. I will revert to you with confirmation of the payment date as soon as we are made aware of same.
