Members will be aware that our Union has an established equality and diversity infrastructure that includes our Equality Committee, Branch Equality Representatives, Equality training, Policy and Guidelines.
The CWU also recognises the important role that women play in our Union as we continue to focus on the issues that are relevant to them in the workplace.
To mark International Women’s Day, we have produced this bookmark to raise awareness of the supports that are available to our women members not just on this day but all year round.
We would like to take this opportunity to encourage participation in union activities as we continue to mainstream equality into the Union’s agenda and values.
After all we are stronger together!
