Description
As you are aware, the minimum wage will increase in January. While base pay and variable pay in eir remain above minimum wage benchmarks, the union has been in negotiations with the company to further improve conditions for our members in Customer Operations, Retail, and Sales Channels.
We are pleased to confirm that the company has agreed to front-load the January 2026 and July 2026 increases into the January 2026 payroll for the following groups:
• Sales Call Centre Agents (TSS, BTSS, Affiliates, Consumer Outbound Sales & Webchat Sales)
• Customer Operations Agents
• Retail Sales Consultants
For these members, the next phase of the pay agreement will apply in January 2027.
The company will write to each affected member to confirm the details.
