All Clerical members are invited to complete our CWU – An Post Clerical Staff Workplace Survey.
It covers the issues that directly affect members at work, including staffing and workload, cover arrangements, workplace facilities, equipment and systems, training, career development, HR services and workwear.
Your participation is particularly important as we move to the revised branch structures. Two branches now represent Clerical members: Regional Clerks Branch and the Dublin Clerks Branch.
These structures are intended to give Clerical members a stronger, more dedicated voice, supported by improved communications and representation focused on the particular issues affecting Clerical grades.
The information gathered through the survey will help us identify members’ priorities and provide a strong evidence base when pursuing issues on your behalf.
