Description
We are pleased to advise of the recent launch of the An Post Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). This service will be available 24/7 and is provided by Spectrum. Life. The company has been engaging with the union and the Occupational Health and Support service, to provide reliable supports through the EAP.
Services on offer range from nutrition and fitness, financial wellness, mental health promotion and counselling. Furthermore, the EAP will complement the existing services provided by Occupational Health & Support team.
The service is confidential and is free of charge to An Post Employees and their families.
