Description
The company have confirmed that the fifth six-month phase of the 2024 Pay Agreement will be made in the July 2026 payroll. The increases from the 1st of July 2026 are as follows:
- Base pay < €50,000 = 1.5%
- Base pay €50,000 – €70,000 = 1.5%
- Base pay €70,000+ = 1%
The final phase of the pay agreement will apply from 1st January 2027 for three months.
For clarity, please note that the circular issued on 18th December 2025 outlined arrangements for certain groups in Customer Operations, Retail, and Sales Channels, where January and July 2026 increases were front-loaded into the January payroll in line with changes to the minimum wage. For those members, the next phase of the pay agreement will apply in January 2027.
