GSE 01-26 Pay Increases

Description
The company have confirmed that they will be implementing the fourth phase of the collectively bargained 2024 CWU Pay Agreement in the January 2026 payroll. The increases from the 1st of January are as follows:
- Base pay < €50,000 = 2%
- Base pay €50,000 – €70,000 = 2%
- Base pay €70,000 + = 1%
The next phase of the pay agreement will apply from 1st July 2026.
For clarity, please note that the previous circular issued on 18th December 2025 outlined arrangements for certain groups in Customer Operations, Retail, and Sales Channels, where January and July 2026 increases were front-loaded into the January payroll in line with changes to the minimum wage. For those members, the next phase of the pay agreement will apply in January 2027.
