The February Congress Friday briefing will celebrate the centenary of the first Dáil. The first public sitting of the Dáil was held in the Mansion House, Dublin on 21st january, 1919. The briefing will be delivered by Pádraig Yeates, trade unonist & historian and Theresa Morarity, historian and honorary president of the Irish Labour History Society.
