We wish to bring your attention to some resources that have been developed by the Health & Safety Committee of Congress in relation to the Return to Work Protocol. These focus on trying to support the role of the Lead Worker Representative. Congress has also put in place a recommended complaints procedure in the event of non-compliance with the protocol, which is included with the attachments. There is also a guide to the role of the Lead Worker Representative, and a presentation and accompanying guide which can be used in training settings.
