Welcome to the section of our website which is dedicated exclusively to serving the interests of our members in Barclaycard. This section is a resource designed to provide you with useful information about your employment rights, membership benefits, and regular updates on issues which the CWU is pursuing on your behalf.

Following a Transfer of Undertakings in May 2010, the majority of our members in Barclaycard’s contact centre in Dublin became employees of Hewlett Packard. However a small number of employees were retained by Barclaycard and face particular issues under these new arrangements.

During these challenging times, it is more important than ever for workers to understand their rights and to have a voice in their workplace.
