Welcome to the section of our website which is dedicated exclusively to serving the interests of our members in American Airlines. This section is a resource designed to provide you with useful information and regular updates on issues which the CWU is pursuing on your behalf.

The CWU has a long-standing Recognition Agreement with American Airlines Ireland, which operates the European customer contact centre in Dublin. American Airlines is a leading global airline company which was established over 80 years ago and which transports approximately 94 million customers to their destinations each year.

Since achieving recognition with the operation in Dublin the CWU has built up a strong working relationship with local management and has, over the years, negotiated annual pay agreements, change agendas, and restructuring agreements.

The CWU is well represented on the ground in American Airlines by its local committee, which is led by Vanessa Villerot who is assisted by Anne Zanini, Francesco Polito and Gautier Parfait.
